Head Chef — Hot Kitchen

Our hot line handles grills & steaks, burgers, wok noodles and hot mains. We prioritize heat and flame control, precise timing, proper searing/caramelization, and consistency, so every plate arrives with the right texture, balanced flavor and composed presentation. Robust safety and hygiene standards, efficient workflow and on-time handoff underpin this station.

Our cold section handles items prepared without direct heat—sushi & signature rolls, salads, garnishes, and cold sauces. We prioritize freshness, temperature control, hygiene, precise cuts, and clean plating to preserve texture and flavor, delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
